Design and structure
A coated aluminum rotor alternates between warm, humid exhaust and cooler, drier supply air. Its molecular-sieve sorbent (e.g., 3Å zeolite) adsorbs water vapor and heat in the exhaust stream, then desorbs them to the supply stream on the next half-turn - without air mixing - delivering high latent recovery down to low RH.
High-quality aluminum foil with a selective sorption coating for moisture transfer between streams.

- Wave height (corrugation): 1.4 / 1.6 / 1.8 / 2.1 mm
- Rotor width (depth): 100 or 200 mm

- Stainless steel (AISI 304/316) - for chemically aggressive or highly humid environments
